Getting There is a Breeze
Outside Brewman
Brewman is located in the heart of Hai Chau, nestled among local homes and narrow streets. Don’t be surprised if you second-guess the directions—the halfway-hidden vibe is part of the charm.
🚶♀️ If you’re near Bach Dang or Tran Phu, it’s an easy walk.
🚗 From the beachside (My Khe, An Thuong, etc.)? Grab a quick ride using the Grab app.
🛵 Scootering? There’s ample, hassle-free parking right outside—free of charge.
First Impressions Matter—And Brewman Delivers
Step inside and you’ll notice the strong focus on simplicity: concrete floors, soft lighting, light wood furniture, and chilled-out music humming in the background. Natural light pours in, which makes it a lovely place to unwind.

The indoor space offers seating on two slightly split floors—cozy but well-utilized. There’s a shaded outdoor area upfront as well, perfect if you want that fresh air feel without direct sun.
And yes—they’ve got a clean bathroom on the ground floor. Always a bonus, right?
Coffee Reviews: Tried and Tasted ☕
You’ll find a solid range of drinks here, from classic Vietnamese brews to juices, teas, and even ice-blended creations. Prices? Totally reasonable—on par with other reputable cafes in Da Nang.

Here’s what I had:
- ☕ Vietnam Filter Coffee – 40,000 VND
- 🧂 Salt Coffee – 38,000 VND
Both brewed fresh, with care and precision.
Vietnam Filter Coffee
Salted Coffee
Honestly, the salt coffee surprised me. It strikes that perfect balance between creamy, strong, and just a hint of saltiness—not overpowering, just enhancing. And the hand-drip Vietnamese filter? Smooth and bold, exactly the kind of cup you’d expect from the world’s second-biggest coffee-producing country.
Vibe Check: Work, Chill, or both?
Interior of Brewman
If you’re asking yourself, “Can I bring my laptop?”, the answer is yes—but with a tiny asterisk. There are tables suitable for working, but it’s not a full-on coworking vibe. Think: gentle work alongside your coffee, not a five-hour coding sprint.
There’s air conditioning, but during my weekend afternoon visit, the space leaned toward warm (maybe the AC wasn’t fully on?). Thankfully, fans made it bearable. Staff are always happy to help, so don’t hesitate to ask them to kick on the cool air if it’s feeling stuffy.

Overall, the vibe is quiet, friendly, and low-key—ideal for weekend journaling, reading, or slow sipping with friends.
