🥢 Local and Vietnamese Favorites

Roly Poly Fresh Spring Rolls

📍 An Thuong 6 – View on Google Maps
📷 Healthy, handheld, and FULL of flavor. Big fan of their Satay Chicken and Poached Chicken & Avocado rolls—which you can mix and match. Gluten-free and vegan options available, too.

💡 Fresh, light, and satisfying—like snacking with purpose.

Bun Cha Quyen’s House

📍 Son Tra District – View on Google Maps
🔥 Bun Cha can’t get more authentic. This no-AC, neighborhood gem serves up grilled pork, noodles, and broth—Hanoi-style. Add crispy spring rolls, and you’ve got yourself a meal under 100K VND ($4ish).

My An Market

📍 My An Ward – View on Google Maps
🥣 Where locals eat! Try the legendary Bún Bò Huế or Mì Quảng from a husband-wife food stall I’ve gone to since 2018. A full meal (with fresh juice) might cost you just $1–2 USD.

That’s real-deal Vietnam.

🌱 Vegan, Healthy, and Feel-Good Spots
